What do you think of when I say “associate?” If you’re like most people, the first thing to come to mind is a retail store. But have you ever thought about what it means for your own health? You might not realize this, but there’s a lot that goes into making sure that associates stay healthy and productive at work every day. But there’s no need to be discouraged! There are plenty of things you can do No matter how tough it is to start, like getting up from my desk or doing push-ups!
It’s about being active. You might not have the time for a 30-minute jog, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take the stairs instead of an elevator or park your car in a shady spot to keep it from baking in the sun! The key is finding what works best for you and making sure you’re doing at least something every day. No matter how tough it is to start, like getting up from my desk or doing push-ups! It sounds as if he has been working hard on his fitness goals since then – I’m happy he found a routine that worked well with him, because just taking those first steps are so important. There has to be a way for things to work out no matter how difficult it is
