Why You Should Spend More Time Thinking About Associate Health Check

You might be an associate, but are you in good health?

What do you think of when I say “associate?” If you’re like most people, the first thing to come to mind is a retail store. But have you ever thought about what it means for your own health? You might not realize this, but there’s a lot that goes into making sure that associates stay healthy and productive at work every day. This blog will take some time to discuss how important staying healthy really is!

One of the most important parts is staying fit. We all know that Americans are becoming more and more sedentary, but this doesn’t mean we have to accept it as our fate! You might not realize this, but being slightly overweight or obese can affect your health in big ways – both physically and mentally. For example, obesity has been linked with a higher risk for coronary heart disease and diabetes; one study found that people who were considered obese had a 50% greater chance of developing type-II diabetes than those at normal weight levels. But there’s no need to be discouraged! There are plenty of things you can do No matter how tough it is to start, like getting up from my desk or doing push-ups!

It’s about being active. You might not have the time for a 30-minute jog, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take the stairs instead of an elevator or park your car in a shady spot to keep it from baking in the sun! The key is finding what works best for you and making sure you’re doing at least something every day. No matter how tough it is to start, like getting up from my desk or doing push-ups! It sounds as if he has been working hard on his fitness goals since then – I’m happy he found a routine that worked well with him, because just taking those first steps are so important.
