My new favorite cookbook is the Barry Technical Cookbook. It is the one I read the most because it covers every kitchen tool and every cooking method in detail.

The book is written by a guy who’s been cooking for years, so he knows his stuff. It also talks about how to do it right in the beginning. It also has a section on the best recipes for every category of meal so you might want to look at it.

I really like the book because it has a lot of good advice about making it easier to actually cook. Although I think it would be a little easier if you had your own cookbook of all your favorite recipes.
