I’m coop tech. I own my home. I have computers, software, internet, cable, TVs, etc. I am the hub of my universe. I am who you call at the end of the day when you need to get your home up to code.

They aren’t necessarily the kind of people who would appreciate being able to use a computer and networking devices.
Yes, that is a co-op. But coop tech is still an area where more people are using computers and networks. It’s not a replacement for building a house, but it can be a huge help to buyers who want to do more than just rent a space to live in. Some co-op tech users are more likely to be tech-savvy than others, and some are more likely to have the skills to use computers and networks.
