I think it is also important to make sure that you are not in a position to be the subject of discrimination. It is important to take into consideration the fact that not all employees are created equal. Some are better than others, some are just as good as others, etc. I think that it is important to be aware of this.

In the case of ekg tech, the company is based in Germany and they hire employees through a local recruitment agency. In this case the agency makes a choice for the employee based on factors like age, skill level, and experience. This agency also makes a decision about how much they will pay for the employee based on the same factors.

The company is based in Germany so they are more aware of the fact that it is not the same for everyone. In other words, it is not a random choice for the employee.

As someone who has worked with ekg tech a few times, I can tell you they are all well paid. The job is not always as simple as it sounds, but everyone who has worked with them has been very happy with the job.
