What Ive learned is that Chicken Roll can be made just fine for one, and if you can cook it that would be awesome. Ive read a lot about the chicken, but Ive yet to see a recipe for chicken that is specifically designed for chicken roll. That said, you can make chicken roll a lot more delicious by using chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts. Chicken thighs are usually much drier, and they are much easier to cook.
We’ve actually made chicken roll before, but not quite as tasty. This time we made chicken roll with red onion and garlic. I think it was a lot more flavorful than the chicken roll recipe we used to make. The only other thing we needed was a really good roll pan. Mine was actually very easy to make, just a little bit more time-consuming than the recipe suggests, but we only used the pan once.
