I’m glad I bought one of these last year when I finally had my own knife. I’ve cut up a lot of vegetables in the kitchen now, so I’ve been using this as my “cooking knife” for a long time. I think it’s a good and lightweight knife for chopping things up, which is exactly what I do on a regular basis. I’ve really liked it so far. The only problem is that the blade feels very unbalanced.
To be fair, this isn’t the first time a knife has felt like it was unbalanced. The Lib Tech knife, by the way, isn’t a beginner’s knife at all, but rather a knife designed for use with a knife sharpener. As such, it has a much more balanced blade, and it’s extremely sharp. The Lib Tech knife isn’t cheap though. The one I got the used for $29.99 on Amazon.

It has a very balanced blade and isnt very sharp, but its cheap for what it is, and it looks really cool. It is designed to be used with a box sharpener. I can see myself using it for cutting herbs, and the edge is still very sharp, and the blade has a nice serrated edge.
The new lib tech box knife is a bit pricey, but if you have money to spend on a knife, then you may as well spend it on the best knife you can find. And the Lib Tech has a fantastic serrated edge and great balance. The Lib Tech is the perfect knife for cutting herbs.
