When I’m not wearing my new Nike Tech Hip Pack, I’m often in the kitchen, cooking, or working on my own projects. I’m usually working on a project related to nutrition so there’s always a new way to eat or exercise something I love.
The Nike Tech Hip Pack is a collaboration with Nike, and a collaboration that I can’t really put into words. But when I look at it, you know its for real. The Nike Tech Hip Pack is like a Nike FuelBand, but for your own body. It’s a fitness accessory that helps you build a little bit more muscle, lose a little bit of fat, and increase your energy throughout the day.
The Nike Tech Hip Pack is a collaboration between the brand and the company that makes the FuelBand in the USA. It allows you to track your progress, and even track your heart rate. When you first put it on, you can choose to turn it off, but if you do that, it will only track your total calories burned (and not your heart rate) and calories burned by exercise, and not calories burned by the food itself.
The Nike Tech Hip Pack has a similar feature to the FuelBand. I know its name is a bit of a mouthful, but it is definitely a cool gadget that you should buy.

If you want to track your exercise and food intake, a good calorie counter is a must. I have quite a few, but the Nike Energy Bar is one of the best. Its a bit of a mouthful, but I’m glad it made the cut.

It also tracks your exercise as well, so if you want to go running in the park, you can see how many steps you have walked in a day and how many calories you burned.
I could go on forever about the great variety of the Nike Energy Bar, but I think that’s enough for now.
So how does it work? The Nike Energy Bar connects to your phone, and when you hit the “energy bar” button, it tracks your food and calorie intake. You are then able to add that to your “energy” bar to see where the calories you have used and burned are going.
It sounds super complicated, but it is really not. To get started, you simply swipe the bar to add your food, and when you reach your goal, it will be displayed in a bar at the top of your screen. It also tracks how many calories you are eating and burning, and I think it’s only a little more complicated than that.
