He doesn’t have speech, but he talks the way other cats do. I have so many cats.

That said, I have a few other cats who I have no idea about. I have always had a cat named Tuffy (tuh-fuhs), who I thought just died. He just disappeared when I was a kid and I had no idea what to do except try to keep him alive. I dont know where he went or what he did, but he is always around.
