This digital organizer is so simple. It’s not a gadget that I would purchase for myself but rather a simple little tool I use to keep all the tools needed for my life organized. There are two different ways to organize your folders. The first is the standard way, which is to use folders based on the file system and subfolders. The second way to organize is to set up your folders to be hierarchical. The good news is that this is one of the most common ways to organize files. If you use the standard way to organize then you will likely not have any issues with your files getting out of order.
The problem is that not everyone uses this kind of structure. My office uses a hierarchical structure, which is good for the files and folders, but it is not ideal for a lot of our files. For example, we have lots of music files and we have a lot of music that is in different folders.
