In 2011, I was a member of the Tech Trep Academy – a day of study, discussion, and a chance to work with some of the country’s most talented entrepreneurs. I spent most of my time hanging out with these super-talented and inspiring young men and women.

The Tech Trep Academy is an entrepreneurial summer program for high school and college students that focuses on business ideas and technologies. In each of the four classes we are divided into teams and put into a classroom to begin the process of learning and developing our business ideas. The Tech Trep Academy is a lot like a “bootcamp,” where we put ourselves in front of a bunch of great entrepreneurs and ask them for advice and ideas.

The Tech Trep Academy is really just a group of like-minded young people who are passionate about the idea of entrepreneurship. The classes are basically just an extension of that. The students are not all necessarily entrepreneurs, but they are all really interested in them. And when they get down to it, they find their own ideas really interesting. The classes are a great place to get advice from really smart people who you might have never met before.

One of the classes is called “The Entrepreneurship Class,” which I thought was an interesting idea. The class taught by our own own Professor (and one of the owners of the Tech Trep Academy) Dr. Mark (I’ve also heard of him) is called “The Entrepreneurship Class.” The class is like a mini-bootcamp in a sense.

The class is for the people who have an idea that’s not going to scale the way you’d like it to. The entrepreneur’s problem is that they don’t have the skills or financial backing to achieve their goal. And like most of the other classes, it also has some really smart teachers. Some of the classes I took were the ones that came from my friend’s network.

The idea behind the tech trep academy is that this is not like bootcamp. Instead, you work on your idea and you take it to the next step. A lot of the students are really smart; there’s a great deal of talent here, but it is all put to use.

The tech trep academy is a fast-track for those that can’t find work otherwise. It is basically a high school for tech-savvy people who want to go into business. The idea is that you get a high-end computer to do things you can’t do by yourself, and you teach yourself how to program. The best part is that the tuition cost is relatively low.
