We know that this story sounds like an accident! Why the name Texas Tech? Well, for one, they are the most famous football team in the world. But for another, they are, quite simply, the best at everything. There are no excuses for them.

Yeah, that’s a fair point. When I say “best” I’m not really referring to a single aspect of their game. When you think of the best basketball players, they are usually at least two or three times better than the guys playing the same sport. Texas Tech is the best at anything.

This is the point where I think that it is worth noting the fact that Texans may not have as high a standard for basketball players as other big-name teams in the state. Although we know that Texas Tech does have some of the best big-time athletes in the state, the Texas A&M Aggies have an arguably better overall roster than the Tech squad. Texas Tech is in the middle of the pack in the NCAA for Division I student-athletes.

In fact, Texas Tech is in the middle of the pack for Division I student-athletes. While the Aggies do have some of the best athletes in the state, their roster has a lot of holes. It was a major factor in the Aggies’ loss to the University of Tulsa in 2011. The Tech team is also ranked fifth in the nation in scoring.

There’s a lot of debate over who’s the best in Kansas. Kansas State has a much bigger football program than Texas A&M, and while the Aggies and Tech squads have some of the best athletes in the Big 12, they’re not quite at the same level. Some people say that because the Aggies are the #1 team in the conference, they should get the championship. Others say that Kansas State is better than Texas Tech because they play at home more often.

The Tech / Kansas State rivalry is a bit of a joke in its own right, but it is definitely one of the most intense rivalries you’ll ever play a game against. As Tech coach Bob Stoops said to his players, “Kansas is the best football team in the nation, and I can’t wait to play them.

The rivalry between Tech and Texas Tech, is not really a rivalry. The rivalry between Tech and Kansas is the one that has been built up for so long, the one that has made Tech one of the best college programs in the country.
