We are all convinced to be in the “know” when it comes to our own beliefs. However, there is the concept which is called “doubting”. It’s an act of faith. And faith is not the same as knowing.
Like a lot of people, I have a strong faith in the concept of God. I believe people are made in His image, and that He loves me and wants me to be happy. But I’m also not sure just how to approach doubting.
The first step is to get clear on what you want to do. If you want to be happy, you should start with a clear goal. Once that’s accomplished, you can begin to work on the process of doubting your own beliefs. Doubting is a process of self-correction, but it has three stages. Start with a specific goal, and then you will doubt yourself.
To gain your own goals, you must begin to work on a process that involves a series of actions. Some of these, like taking on more tasks, being more responsible, and having an easier time with others. The goal should be one that you’ll accept and act on, something you will accept as a process that you will follow. Be prepared for this step by having a lot of fun.

The fun part is not always knowing that you are doing it wrong, or that you are not doing it right, it is being able to tell yourself, “I’m doing this right.” That is a lot more fun than doing it wrong or doing it wrong. So in this step you are going to doubt your process.
A common mistake is to do things without a reason, or to do things because of circumstances. This is why a lot of my friends get into trouble for things they are not aware of. The way I handle this is I will get a text message from a friend saying “I’m going to the gym in the morning, but I want to go to the gym before 10 a.m.” and not going to the gym.
It’s a simple way to get yourself to think about what you’re doing, and it can help you make better decisions. Instead of going to the gym when you’re supposed to go to the gym, you can think of the reason why you’re going to the gym instead of going through the gym. That way, when you do go to the gym, you will go to the gym, but you won’t feel like you wasted time doing things that aren’t really necessary.
It’s another way to think about things. What things are you really interested in and how can you put a stop time to them. For example, if youre going to the gym as a way to get rid of stress, you might look at the time left for the gym and see that you are going to be leaving at 10:00. You could try and get yourself into the habit of doing things early if you have to.
Its like, if youre spending a lot of time surfing the net you might choose to get a laptop, but if youre spending a lot of time reading you might choose to get a book.
