The Virginia Tech men’s basketball team is the first team in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) to participate in the NCAA Tournament. The Hokies will face the University of Kentucky Wildcats in the first round of the tournament on Wednesday, March 9th.

The NCAA tournament is one of the biggest events in college basketball, and if you’re the Virginia Tech basketball team you’re making it. The Hokies are the first team from The Commonwealth of Virginia to play in the tournament, and the first team in the nation from the SEC.

It is also interesting to note that the Hokies are the first team in the nation from the Southeastern Conference to participate in the NCAA tournament. They’re one of only three teams to play in the tournament twice, and the other team is the University of Florida. Of course, the other team is the University of Kentucky.

Virginia Tech is the oldest and most prestigious program in the NCAA, and their basketball program has been around for over a century. The school’s men’s and women’s basketball teams have both won the national championship, as well as been to the Final Four as well. Of course, the Hokies’ women’s team has been in the NCAA tournament three times as well, and has also won the tournament twice.

Virginia Tech has been in the top 10 in the nation for three straight seasons, the third time in a row by distance. Not bad for a team that has had trouble finding a consistent winner on offense.

In addition to being in the top 10, the Hokies team has also been a consistent factor in the national rankings. The Hokies have been ranked in the top 15 in all of the NCAA tournaments, and have also been ranked in the top 15 at most every other time. The Hokies are a decent team, and have a decent schedule. They will play four games on the road, which helps to alleviate some of the blowouts that plague the Hokies this season, and they will have home games against three solid teams. Unfortunately, they’ll play two of the games at home, so I don’t think you should expect them to beat them in any of their games.

The Hokie’s next two games are at home against #1 Xavier and at #3 VCU. Xavier is the #1 team in the Big East and VCU is the #3 team in the Big East. They are both teams you can expect to get at least one upset out of, so expect a lot of high-powered scoring in those games.

VCU is in the bottom of the Big East, and is actually 1 of the teams to beat you in your conference. Xavier is in the middle of the Big East and is almost definitely the #1 team in your conference.

It’s interesting to note that VCU has a lot of the same players that the Hokies have. Xavier has 6 of the top 7 players in the country, so that’s a big plus. The only other difference is that Xavier is in the top half of the Big East, and VCU is in the bottom. So it’s a little bit of a toss-up in terms of overall talent level.
