I don’t mind the smell of cat pee, but I do mind the fact that the pet sense of smell can be a double-edged sword, especially if you have other animals around. If your current pet has a particularly odd smell, for example, you may develop a fear of them and think that it is your new neighbor’s fault.

I’m not sure if it is a pet sense thing, but it does have a weirdly strong effect on my dogs. We can’t smell anything, but they seem to have an innate ability to smell things. At least I can.
I was talking to my dog during a car ride this morning and she asked to go to the bathroom. I have no idea what she was thinking, but I said ok. That’s cute, but to be honest, I’ve never really dealt with poop issues. My dogs are a little more mature, but they still have some learning to do. My wife has a lot of trouble finding a bathroom in the first place, because one of my dogs is also a little shy about his pooping skills.
I am always amazed at how the world changes so quickly, because this is one of those things that I had forgotten about until just a few years ago. I had just finished my master’s degree and I was about to move to London, but I had to leave behind the life I knew in Boston. I had no time or money to be traveling around the world. I had an idea on why I had to leave, and it was because I had no time to travel.
