This is what you get when you open an animal store in the middle of the city. I’ve always been inspired by the things I see and read about pets but I had no idea all the places you could buy them. In fact, I was pretty ignorant to the places that sell them.
Pet stores tend to sell a lot of animals, which tend to be pets that look a lot like cats and dogs. Of course cats and dogs are not really pets in the traditional sense, because they are too much like people. So this is where I run into a bit of a problem. I live in a city where there is a large pet store, but I don’t live in that city.
So I called the store and asked if they had any cats (I had never even seen a cat before, let alone a cat that was a pet). They said they did, but they were not that busy because they had too many other customers. Well, that’s kind of true. In our city, they are not very busy so they didn’t really have a problem. That is to say, they would have problems if they were not in a city. But they were in a city.
We’ve discussed with pet stores that they should be aware that being busy is not the same as being busy. Pet stores are businesses, and businesses have to make a profit. This means that we want them to know that a little bit of extra time spent on each cat is well worth the trouble.
