To be honest, The Pet is more about the power of cats over humans than it is anything of actual value. I guess that’s okay since they’re doing something fun and harmless enough to have the game’s creators even acknowledge the existence of the game.
So, does this get your cat to drink water and pet? It doesn’t get your cat to drink the cat food, but it will get your cat to drink water. Which is a very different goal from simply cleaning up after your cat.
