This is a nice, affordable pet decor item that makes a great patio addition. You can either go with a more traditional design or you can go with something that is a little more modern. It’s a very simple, yet effective, way to get a little bit more life into your outdoor space.
This item is actually more of a “pet bed” and a “bedding” than an actual “pet furniture”. More specifically, the pet bed is basically a pillow that you can put under your pet’s head. In terms of design, this piece looks a bit like a pillow, but less like a cot. It can be used as a bed too.
We are big fans of the outdoor furniture pieces we’ve seen in trailers that are either bed or bath/shower. They typically feature a cushioned base, but they are usually designed with an elevated edge so pets can snuggle. This piece is a little more complex than that. To make it more of an actual bed, it features a small platform which is part of the bed and has a smooth surface on it. The edge is elevated so the pet can snuggle down.
Like the cot and the deck, this piece is designed with an elevated edge so pets can snuggle down. The only problem with this is that the elevated edge is only on the top half of the platform. So the pet will have to kneel on the bed to get a good snuggle. To make this easier for the pet, we have included a small stand that sits on the platform and tilts to allow the pet to kneel on it.
If the pet is too tall, it will have trouble getting a good snuggle here. If it is too short, it won’t have enough room to kneel on the platform and it will just tuck itself in between the bed and the platform. So you’ll need to buy an external pet standing/kneeling device.
As I mentioned above, the pet furniture is not cheap. The stand alone will cost an arm and a leg, and all the accessories will cost $70 or more. The actual pet furniture will be a little more expensive, as well. It will be available in a variety of colors, some of which are in the style that we see in the new trailer.
It is a little strange that we saw these in the trailer, but now that we have a video of it, I can’t imagine it not being in the trailer. And it’s really the only option for pets to get their own chairs. But you’ll be able to buy a pet standingkneeling device that will fold up and sit on your patio. I like that.
I have to admit I was a bit surprised to see that we see the outdoor furniture first. It’s nice, but I am sure that will be a little out of stock once it hits the shelves.
I was expecting that outdoor furniture to be a staple of our new game at launch. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is, or at least we think it is. To be honest, the only thing I can think of is that the furniture has to be the same color as our game. But that could just be me.
The outdoor furniture is available to purchase, but I just wanted to point out that it is not a staple of our game at launch. I think it is, but we’re not going to tell you until we are at least 90% of the way through. We’re still getting the design right, and it will be a little while before we start seeing it everywhere.
