As the 2018 recruiting football season draws to a close, I’m starting a new series on recruiting blog Va Tech football. I don’t know whether this is a good or a bad thing, but in the past, the top recruits have usually been recruited by the top programs. This year, however, the top recruits are often recruited by teams like Oklahoma State, Nebraska, and California, all of whom could potentially have a top-20 recruiting class.
