Nurses are required to do a lot of the behind the scenes, but when it comes to actual work, they are often left out of the loop.
In the current technology world, nurses are often in an advantageous position. They can easily reach a higher level of education and they are usually not working in the same field. Additionally, they are often at or close to the top of their field, which makes them one of the best candidates for job postings with a salary that is competitive with the rest of the nursing population.
I’ll be frank with you all. I don’t care how the rest of the nursing world seems to feel about this. I am not a nurse. I don’t work in the field of nursing. I don’t even like the nursing field. But that’s beside the point.
Although many people might think I am, I am not. I work in a field that many people find difficult to describe. I have been in the field for nearly two decades now. I am a nurse, and I am not. I have no idea what I would do if I had the opportunity to go into nursing, and I am not going to try to put words in their mouth. I am just expressing my own opinion.
If you think you are going to be working in the field of nursing, you are probably wrong. This is pretty easy to prove. Just ask a nurse. They can tell you that your reasoning is flawed. I would bet a good percentage of them would tell you that the field of nursing isnt actually that hard. I am just making an example to show how people can make mistakes.
One of the easiest ways to get information out of people is just to ask a question. If you ask the most important question, then you’ll get the correct answer. However, if you ask the wrong question, you won’t get the true information. The easiest way to get that information is to ask the question you’re most curious about.
The nurse tech job is the second most popular nursing job in the US (after the doctor’s office), and one that does not require a degree in nursing. The nurses all take on a number of different jobs during the course of their time in the field, but usually the jobs are related to the nursing field. They are usually hired in large hospitals and medical centers (with the exception of the emergency room where the nurses work), because they take care of the sick and injured.
I can’t find any jobs specifically for nursing tech, so they seem to be generalizing other hospital jobs, like nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Nurses who work in hospitals are all required to take continuing education and pass a written exam before they can get a job, and many hospitals require that they be doctors, nurses, or even both. There are some exceptions to this rule, like the nurses in the ICU and operating rooms.
Nurses who work in surgical suites are probably most likely to have to deal with the extremely stressful working conditions of operating rooms, but some nurses work in areas like radiology, where they are not subjected to the same stress-filled environment. They may also work in medical/surgical homes, which are places that care for the physically and mentally challenged, and are often staffed by psychologists and other mental health professionals.
What does this mean for patients? Well, nurses are supposed to be the eyes and ears of a doctor. In other words, they are supposed to be able to listen to what the doctor is saying, and then make the appropriate decisions and take action accordingly. If a nurse has a patient who is having a seizure on a table and needs to get an IV, they can do that.
