This is another one of those dishes which I make for myself. It is a dish which I make only once a year but always remember and love. This is a dish which has been waiting for me to make for years. It is a dish which I just love and feel good about. I have made it in a big bowl, which is how I enjoy it. I make it in the same way I would make a huge bowl of pasta.
When I have a bunch of vegetables such as spinach, potatoes, or whatever, I always just throw them in a big bowl, add salt, pepper, and a lot of olive oil, and then mix. Then I just dump everything into a pan and cook everything. It is so much easier to cook when everything is in one big bowl. And I’m also a big fan of the shape of the bowl.
