You might not realize it, but you’re probably not the only one to feel this way. In fact, the vast majority of people actually do feel this way. While this is an extremely depressing thought, there are things you can do to move forward. Here are six things you can do to become more aware of your inner voice, which could be your life-saver in the long run.
First, make a conscious effort to acknowledge your existence. This means not just telling yourself that you exist, but also acknowledging that you are and that you have a life. In a world that seems to constantly churn out “me” (or “I”, or “me,” or “I”), this is a good way to begin to shift your mindset.

So if you’re trying to shift your mindset to a more aware self, try to acknowledge that you are, in fact, who you are. You are six different things at once. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions are not all the same thing, so you are going to need to find a way to say “I am” when you’re having a conversation with someone. And the best way to do that is to say it to yourself.
That’s true. At any given time, you are probably more aware of how you feel and your thoughts than you might think, and you are more aware of how you act and your behavior than you maybe think. All of these things are a big part of who you are. You are a person, and you are part of a society. You are not just a person. You are a person, and a society.
When you are in the “you” mode you feel more intense feelings and responses and less of a sense of ease and control. We can all fall into this mode at times, but it is something we can do to ourselves. The best thing to do is to talk to someone you trust about it. Someone who understands and can help you find a way to say you are to yourself. And by saying that to yourself, you are also saying it to a person.
Well, that’s a pretty good theory, I guess. I guess it’s a good idea to take it to heart. The thing is, for me, I’ve been the slave of the I mode for many years. I’m not saying that I don’t see and feel things for myself. I still do. But the I mode can get in the way of me feeling anything.
One of the most valuable skills that we can learn is how to be self-aware. There are many reasons to do it. Some of them are to learn how to better feel what you feel, and others are to learn how we can better understand the ways that others think and feel. We can learn to be more aware of our own actions and reactions. We can learn to be more aware of ourselves.
