I’ve always been an artist, but before I really became one, I was quite the runner. I’ve always loved running, but never got into competitive running until I picked up a pair of running shoes. I started training with my dad, and I’ve never looked back.
No matter how much I’ve learned from my dad, Ive lost my interest in running since I started to date a certain guy who got my first pair of shoes. I’m still interested in running, so my life is somewhat scattered.
Ive found running to be a fun and rewarding exercise, but the downside is that as a runner you can burn your hand. Ive had it happen once before, and Ive had to get in a lot of pain to walk away with my hand completely burned. No matter what you do, Ive been extremely lucky with my injuries. Ive had every major running injury imaginable, and Ive managed to keep my hand completely intact and walking out of the pain.
While I was running with my hand burnt, my partner ran with his palm burned through. His friend was less lucky.
