This is a problem because Ive only used the chicken roll recipe twice, and the second time the chicken was a little dryer than the first time.
The last time I attempted Chicken Roll I used a recipe from Cooking With Chowhound to make a chicken roll that I wouldnt be able to eat again. I was a little disappointed that I didnt get the same result in my second attempt.
What Ive learned is that Chicken Roll can be made just fine for one, and if you can cook it that would be awesome. Ive read a lot about the chicken, but Ive yet to see a recipe for chicken that is specifically designed for chicken roll. That said, you can make chicken roll a lot more delicious by using chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts. Chicken thighs are usually much drier, and they are much easier to cook.
We’ve actually made chicken roll before, but not quite as tasty. This time we made chicken roll with red onion and garlic. I think it was a lot more flavorful than the chicken roll recipe we used to make. The only other thing we needed was a really good roll pan. Mine was actually very easy to make, just a little bit more time-consuming than the recipe suggests, but we only used the pan once.

I’m not sure if it was the salt or the pepper, but I think the chicken was very hard to cook. The pan was on the stove but it was still really hot, so you might be able to add a little bit of extra seasoning.
If you plan on making your own chicken roll pan, be sure to consider the ingredients we used as well. The pan we used didn’t come with an instruction manual, so we had to mess with it ourselves. We used a nonstick pan, which was awesome because you have to be very careful not to splash too much of the oil onto the inside of your pan.
