“I was thinking of a phrase I heard back in college. It was an expression that I had never heard before, “You don’t have to know about your future. You only have to know about your choices today.
I’m trying to think of another time when I heard that. I’m sure I read it in my college English literature class. It had a great ring to it.
The phrase was attributed to someone.
The phrase “You Only Know Your Choices Today” came up in the context of the college English literature class. It was the first time I heard it. At the time, I thought it was a great expression and I wanted to use it in a blog post. I decided I could not do that, though. A blog post is not a “choice.
The reason I don’t want to use the word “choose” is because I’ve been doing it for years. Sometimes I’ve heard people say it in the past and it made me think that the words are to be avoided. I’ve heard that the word “choose” isn’t to be avoided. That’s a real challenge. But it’s the right word to choose. I’m afraid the wrong word is to be avoided.
I think the main reason I dont want to use the word choose is because I dont want to make it sound like I choose something for myself. I feel it would make me sound like I was having an “I” moment and not having a choice. What I really want to write is how I feel about the word choose.
The word “choose” is most commonly associated with self-determining choices. That’s when you make choices that affect the outcome of your own life. But “choose” also has a broader meaning that describes an action that’s been taken or a state of being. It’s the act of choosing a verb. That’s what makes it such a great word.
So the word choice is a state of being. Thats what makes it so awesome for a word that describes a state of being. You can use the word choice in many ways. You can have a choice of what to do. You can choose some people to be your friends or to be enemies. You can choose what to do. You can choose to get up early. You can choose how to act. But you can also choose to be yourself.
Odct is a verb that means to choose. It is used in two different ways. One is selecting a state of being. The other is choosing a person.
