We don’t want to sound like a cat here but it’s something we’re really trying to get across. The fact is, if a cat or dog does something so silly and dangerous that the owner has to call the police, the cat or dog is just as guilty as the owner. And in this case, the cat is the mastermind behind the mischief and the dog is the victim.
