With the state’s largest pet store, PetSmart, closing in 2011, our hearts are heavy with sadness. We have a ton of pets, so we’re sure PetSmart will be greatly missed.
PetSmart is owned by a family who has a history of caring for their animals.
The decision to close PetSmart in Wilmington leaves many pet owners in tears and anger. We have to hope that the new owners of PetSmart will make some changes to improve their pet store.
PetSmart is not the only pet store in Wilmington, but it is the largest. In our opinion, it is the best pet shop in the state. It is very safe, clean, and always a fun place to visit. We hope that PetSmart will be a great addition to the Wilmington area.
One of the best things about PetSmart is the employees who are always so kind and helpful. They make us feel like family, like they are our co-workers. Our dog, Lucy, has been with PetSmart for many years and while she is a bit of a handful, she is always respectful and a comfort to have around. She always puts up with our daily antics, but also does it if she needs to.
If you visit PetSmart, make sure you give them my email address. They really do have a great staff.
PetSmart is a pet store that is located right across the street from the University of Delaware. It is one of my favorite places to go shopping. They also have a store that is similar to PetSmart, but it is a little more upscale and more upscale employees. It is a little more expensive, but the staff is great and they are always happy to help. If you go to petmart.com, take it from me, the employees are always nice and helpful.
That being said, PetSmart is the only pet store I know that has an actual pet section. All of the other stores don’t. The price is also a little different, which is understandable. In my opinion, this pet store (as well as others nearby) has no other reason to exist than to prey on the weak and unsuspecting.
I think the pet store that I went to in DeSoto is the exact same pet store that I live near. They are a little more pricey, but the staff is great. The staff at PetSmart is also extremely friendly.
