The ross-tech wiki is a new tool that I’ve been using to educate myself and others about the design and construction of many of my favorite homes. I’ve been using it for the past 3 weeks, and I’m finding that it’s helping me learn a lot.
While the wiki is a great way to learn about a specific home, many of the topics discussed in the wiki have been found to be of great use for those who want to be educated on a specific aspect of a specific home. For example, the wiki has a list of links that help me understand a specific aspect of my home. I don’t need to go through every single article on the wiki just to have a good understanding of just one aspect of my home.
This is a major improvement over the wiki that I had to visit for every single article. A lot of the articles that I visited on the wiki were very outdated. I would probably spend hours going through the articles and having to look up things that I had previously read about and had forgotten about. With the new wiki I can click on the articles and see what’s new and what is still helpful.
I think the wiki is a lot more useful than the wiki because it contains so many articles that are of help to other users. The wiki also has a lot of useful links that I had to look up. For example, I just recently learned about a new super-weapon.
