And since we are in the land of the Internet, I thought it would be fitting to start out by introducing you to my new best friend, Spencer Reid.
You probably know Spencer from the game, the “Dead Space” series of games, where he plays as the soldier, “Pip” from the point of view of the human. You may or may not know his backstory, but if you’d like to learn more about him, I would highly recommend reading the official wiki.
As I mentioned earlier, Spencer is one of the most interesting characters in games, because of the way he interacts with the world. He spends most of his time in the games in a daze, floating around the world and trying to remember things.
He’s also one of the few survivors on Deathloop, because the Visionaries are a threat to him. But at the same time, he is one of the game’s most interesting characters, because he isn’t afraid to explore new and unfamiliar territory. I haven’t read the official wiki because I got distracted by other things, but I do like the way the wiki has incorporated some of Spencer’s character development.
He has spent his entire life in the game, just like the others. He has no memory or personality of who he was before. It is only his ability to control his body that tells him who he is. This is the power of the game, because the only way to find out who you are is to use it. Its a bit complicated, but its the same way the game uses different colored pens to change it’s look.
I don’t think the wiki has incorporated all of his characterisation, but he does have an interesting backstory. In the comics series he is born into a family of thieves. His mother is a thief herself, but the rest of the family thinks he’s a freak because he doesn’t know how to steal.
His father is actually a villain, but after a few years of being a thief, he gets bored and starts to develop a crush on a man named Risa. He eventually figures that his father has a weakness for people who are different, and begins to kidnap them to use as his minions. He then makes his move on Risa and sets her up to fall in love with him.
This is one of those cases where it’s hard to believe what is actually going on. If you’re an avid reader of the game, you know that there is a lot of the series lore behind the game. It’s not just the stories of the main characters, it’s also the stories of the villains and the people that the main characters are fighting against.
