When I heard that the tech giants Instagram and Facebook were having a competition to see who could create the best picture of themselves, I knew I had to get involved. This is also the perfect time to remind you, I AM NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER.
Yes, I have a picture of myself, but it’s not my real one. This was taken a few years ago when I was in college and it’s a picture that I took of myself as a way to get a good likeness. It’s not the best. I’ve always resented that and thought it was a sign of my laziness.
Instagram and Facebook are both companies that have a lot of money to waste on products that don’t really work. They also have a lot of money to throw at startups that are trying to do cool stuff. I think Instagram is trying to get people to love their product and want to use it, and Facebook is trying to get people to use their product. Both Instagram and Facebook have their work cut out for them.
The good news is that they both have huge audiences. For Instagram, their audience is about 25 million. For Facebook, its about 15 million. That’s a lot of people using their products.
