This is one of those things I keep hearing from people about, so I thought I would share my thoughts on it. The problem with tech support lines is that there is so much information and information that is presented to a person on a single line. You can’t really be expected to absorb all of it at once. It needs to be broken down into smaller bits for a person to be able to process it.
That said, it can be difficult to actually process the information given to you on a single line. For example, if you had a specific question such as “How do I add a link? I can’t add a link to a page unless it’s my site’s page” it can be extremely difficult to figure out.
In the future I would like to see a site where a person can have a little conversation with the person who answers their question, but without it becoming a site where you have to spend an entire session going through all the information. I also would like to see a site for people to read articles and research related to these types of questions.
The future is also where we want to see more discussion on the tech support discord site. There were a few questions about how to get to the site, how to join, and how to use it. The site was created to solve a very specific problem. Now that you have a place where you can ask a question, you should use it.
This is a general question for everyone. While many of us have the same questions, some of us are actually not the best at asking them. We’re human and we need a place to ask the difficult questions without being judged.
As you can see from the title, there is a lot of talk on the tech support discord site about the best way to join the site and how to use it. Unfortunately, as the site is new, it is not 100% safe for everyone to join. While it is not completely safe for new users, it is very safe for those who have already had a lot of experience using it during their tenure here.
We’re not really sure what is safe and what is not, but we do know that the site is not 100% safe for people to join. For those that are new here, we do have a FAQ page. It is safe to read and follow to the best of your ability.
The site is also completely accessible to people with disabilities. We know this is going to be a problem, and we are working hard to ensure it stays that way. But if you are a person that has been here and can read, it is 100 safe for you.
