The Virginia Tech football team is back for its fifth season. And while I’ve never been to Virginia Tech, I do know that this time the team is the clear-cut best in the ACC.
Virginia Tech’s roster is loaded with talented players who all have tremendous upside. The fact that they’re so successful at the college level should be a good reason to keep them on the field this year. In the future, I wonder if Ive seen the roster of another team.
For now, that roster is as strong as it has ever been. The best players in the ACC are all freshmen. But the team is also loaded with young guys who are making tremendous strides. The ACC is full of players with great potential and great skill. Theyre all incredibly talented, but also a bunch of guys who are just starting to figure out what they do best.
If youre not a fan of the ACC, you have to admit that its strength does have its downsides. Its biggest strength is its depth, and its biggest weakness is its depth. Teams like Virginia Tech, UNC, Clemson, and Miami have a lot of talent and great depth, but they also have some really bad players like the Hokies.

First, let’s talk about the offense. The ACC is a football power and it has its share of guys who are really good at what they do. One such guy, Virginia Tech receiver Chris Godwin, is a guy you’ve probably heard of already, although few of you have seen him play. Godwin is a guy who does a lot of things really well, especially on the football field.
Godwin is a guy who has shown the ability to do more than one thing well, but his biggest strength is his ability to do a lot of things really well. He’s a guy who can get rid of the ball quickly and is a really good running back. He also has the ability to throw a ball in tight spaces.
Godwin has become a huge name in the Eastern Virginia Tech (EVT) football community with a number of well-received seasons. He is one of the most versatile playmakers in the Blue Raiders’ secondary, and if you havent seen him play yet, you will see him in action soon.
At least we know he can play tight end. The fact that he also has the ability to throw in tight spaces is great. He plays close enough to the line to be an asset in pass coverage, and has the arm strength to throw downfield in the redzone. The one thing that makes him less sexy is that he doesn’t have the speed to cover the top of the line as a receiver. If he had the speed he does, he would dominate the position.
