Our recipes are about to get more and more sophisticated. With our new meat-free recipes we are going to be using soy protein and will also be using a good amount of a protein supplement to help give us a more healthy boost. Soy is another good source of protein and it’s easy to make yourself, so I recommend that you make your own soy protein powder as it is inexpensive and easy to make.
