It’s called agile IT and it’s a big deal. It’s not for everyone, and it isn’t something we can push on everybody in the same way we can push agile IT. You need to have the right mindset and skills to be able to execute agile IT and it’s tough to tell someone who isn’t already the best at what they do if they haven’t done it before.
Its like agile IT, but different. In agile IT, there is a standard way of doing things that is followed to the letter. In agile it tech, there are a million different ways to do things. It all changes depending on the team, and how the team is setup. The agile IT mindset is that there is an agreed upon way to do things, that everyone involved is aware of, that everyone understands the importance of, and that everyone has read the same docs.
In agile it tech, everything is a matter of how you want it and how much effort you put into it. That’s the agile IT mindset. In agile it tech, no one can ask for more help than he needs to, but he is allowed to work harder and harder, until he gets to the point where he simply can’t do it anymore.
A few years ago, Eric Ries and I were talking about what we believed was the biggest problem in the world of IT. We were all thinking about one thing.
What we all agreed on was that we were tired of hearing the same answers to the same questions. In agile it tech, we didn’t want to hear about, “We’re on a time crunch. We need to get to QA in 24 hours. We need an extra day.” We wanted to hear about “We’ve decided to go full time on agile.
Agile is that way. And so is agile it tech. In IT, we are a little bit too busy to be in the dark about our work. We use the phrase “software development” loosely as we are constantly learning new things and are often learning about problems that we’ve never before seen. Agile it tech is a great way to learn about it all. The problem is that we are almost constantly learning about problems that we have never seen.
Agile is really great because it is so open to learning. Agile it tech is really great because it is so open to trying new things. Agile is great because it is so open to learning from your peers. Agile is great because it is so open to trying new methods that others have proven to work and to try them in their own environments. Agile is great because it is so open to experimenting. Agile is great because it is so open to learning.

It’s a word that’s been around a long time, so it’s worth explaining why it’s so good. Agile is great because it uses the best practices that have been proven, tested and perfected over the years. Agile is great because it is so open to experimentation. Agile is great because it is so open to learning. Agile is great because it is so open to trying new things.
